All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia using Australia Post tracked services.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Standard tracked shipping with signature on delivery is available Australia-wide.
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 AUD.
Orders over $250 AUD receive free standard shipping.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide using Australia Post.
International Standard Shipping: $35 AUD
International Express Shipping: $50 AUD
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
International Standard: 7-21 business days
International Express: 3-7 business days
All international orders include tracking and a signature on delivery where available.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges when they arrive in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
