As every piece at Up In The Clouds is vintage, garments may show minor signs of age and wear consistent with their history. Any notable flaws will always be photographed and clearly disclosed in the product description.
Please read descriptions carefully, review all photographs and check measurements before making a purchase.
If your item arrives significantly different from its description, please get in touch.
What Does 'Best Fit' Mean?
Vintage sizing is often very different from modern sizing. For this reason, each listing includes both the original label size and our suggested best fit.
We strongly recommend comparing the listed measurements to a similar garment you already own to ensure the best fit.
How Is The Condition Assessed?
Every piece is individually inspected before being listed.
We take great care to document any notable flaws, repairs or signs of wear. Minor imperfections are part of the charm and character of vintage clothing and are to be expected.
Condition information is always included in each product listing, along with photographs where relevant.
Can I Ask Questions Before Purchasing?
Absolutely.
If you would like additional measurements, photographs or information about a garment, please get in touch.
We are always happy to help and would much rather answer a question before purchase than have you feel uncertain.
